Today's gripping read

Click here to read a Dennis Lehane interview Paging Bruised Violet, Bb. Jose, other people who hate their dads, or those who just want a gripping read, check out June's short fic in The Atlantic, the noirish Until Gwen. Didn't know the author Dennis Lehane also wrote Mystic River, which I missed. Also missed Hellboy cos I was busy. Will just get a pirated DVD copy, I guess.

Saw a few Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban billboards atop waiting sheds today on my way to work. Could it be true that it's showing here June 2nd already? Wow!

BTW Jessica, I saw your Yahoo pics and you guys look so sweet. Awww. What was that final reading event in Cornell about? A big congrats to Joe on his upcoming graduation! He looks pretty much the same. Heehee, so Ithaca's residents are finally enjoying some sunrays, eh?

About us

Best described as a Murakami detox support group, we're all fans of the quirkily brilliant Japanese author, Haruki Murakami, and writing about such things as films we've seen recently and books we're reading (not to mention meandering musings on the man's work, of course) helps us to pass time while waiting for the next book from Haruki-baby.
