Me? General? Ah well, at least it's not 'generic'.
You're Generally Indie. There's nothing wrong with
this. You like music all over the map and
aren't adversed to listening to some Top 40
here and there. You just know to comment that
The Neptunes are the best producers around
right now. You don't feel the need to debate
constantly with other music geeks, because you
know that Pavement were the best band of the
90s.

You Know Yer Indie. Let's Sub-Categorize.

BTW we did go to Quiapo yesterday and I got the following finds: Blur's Best Of, Bjork's Volumen, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Death to Smoochy, and X-Men (for the guys in the family). Hero and Punch Drunk Love turned out to be laba-sa-poso stinkers so we traded them for The Pianist and Singles today. (Suddenly I heard Paul Westerberg's "Dyslexic Heart" inside my head...)

Marnie, the name of the canteen/videoke place with the cheap orig CDs is City Walk, kinda across the street from Rainbow RAIN Shopping Center (it's got this huge blue signage), which is on the same side as the Quiapo Church. City Walk is pretty near the overpass. Am sure they won't run out of CDs; they re-stock pretty often. Oh well, back to corpolandia!

About us

Best described as a Murakami detox support group, we're all fans of the quirkily brilliant Japanese author, Haruki Murakami, and writing about such things as films we've seen recently and books we're reading (not to mention meandering musings on the man's work, of course) helps us to pass time while waiting for the next book from Haruki-baby.
